Extended Abstracts Submission Guidelines

  • The extended abstract is restricted to 500 words.
  • The topic of the submission must fall within the scope and themes of the forum.
  • The extended abstract submitted must be original and must not have been previously published in any form.
  • The extended abstract should include a title, 3-5 keywords, research background, research methodology, and research results.
  • Participants are required to submit their extended abstracts through the link below; submissions made through alternative methods will not be considered.
  • The deadline for the extended abstract submission is 31 March 2025.
  • All the extended abstracts will be reviewed by experts, and the results will be announced via email by 21 April 2025.
  • The camera-ready extended abstracts must be submitted by 28 April 2025.
  • All participants must remit the registration fee by the stipulated deadline to confirm their attendance.
  • The conference organisers reserve the right to make the final decision regarding the acceptance of the extended abstracts.

Extended Abstract Format Requirements

Only manuscripts submitted in electronic file format will be accepted. Please provide one copy of the manuscript in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) and Portable Document Format (.pdf). Ensure that the content of both file formats is consistent, with all images, text, and punctuation clearly displayed without errors.

Extended Abstract Submission

A submitted extended abstract is restricted to 500 words. The due date of extended abstract submission is 31 March, 2025. Authors will receive the notification with reviewers’ comments by 21 April, 2025.

Abstracts should be submitted in both MS Word and PDF formats online (PDF version / MS Word version).

Prior to submission, please read and follow the conference templates (PDF version / MS Word version) carefully. Submissions must not be published previously. All the submissions will be double-blind peer-reviewed. The review will focus on whether the work is original and is of good quality.
